What it does

• Keep controllers as HTTP adapters only.
• Put business work in use cases with explicit constructor dependencies.
• Map database rows in repositories, not in domain objects.

Used when

Admin APIs, RAG pipelines, and any new backend feature.

Backend changes follow the existing admin and RAG layout: controllers orchestrate HTTP, use cases own the work, repositories map rows.
