ARG Code Review

A structured code review for pull requests, branches and diffs in any stack. It catches the shortcuts that make a codebase hard to change later, and backs every finding with evidence from the code.

What it does

  • The review detects the stack and applies the matching ARG skill's rules when that skill is installed, and the shared ARG rules otherwise. It works for Angular, .NET, React Native, Nx, browser extensions, MCP servers and more.
  • It checks what reviews often miss: layer boundaries, missing architecture tests, copied helpers, magic numbers, missing tests, leaked secrets, outdated documentation and unmarked breaking changes.
  • Every finding is verified against the code before it is reported. Findings are ranked by severity, labelled blocking, suggestion or question, and each one gives the file, the line and a concrete fix.
  • The review never approves or merges. It posts comments on the pull request only when you ask, and on later rounds it reports which earlier findings were resolved.

Used when

The skill applies when reviewing a pull request, branch, diff or commit, checking whether a change is ready to merge, checking the release impact of a change, or preparing review comments.

This skill is the reviewer's side of the ARG base. The other ARG skills tell a coding agent how to make a change; this one checks that the change was made that way. It works as a first review before a teammate looks at the pull request, or as a second opinion on a change you are unsure about.
