What it does

• Add both slash variants of a route.
• Keep SPA SEO, STATIC_PAGES, and redirects in sync.
• Prerender one HTML file per public URL.

Used when

Adding a public page or changing copy that appears in search.

New pages are wired in routes, STATIC_PAGES, redirects, and page SEO together so crawlers and the SPA stay in sync.
